Site Visit: Pentagon - ESIA GRAD STUDENTS ONLY

Join us for an exciting site visit to The Pentagon for a Guided tour and Information Session!  US Citizens ONLY.  Space is limited to 28 Elliott Graduate students.  **Note: This Site Visit is confirmed; however, in the event that federal funding has not been restored (either by CR or passage of a budget) prior to our scheduled visit, the event will be rescheduled.**AGENDAThursday, October 30, 2025, 12:30 p.m. –4:00 p.m.
12:30- Meet at ESIA and walk to Foggy Bottom Metro
12:45- Foggy Bottom Metro-  Blue Line to Pentagon 
1:15-   Arrive at Pentagon and proceed through security
1:45-  Split into groups and tour prep
2:00– Break into two groups (Ugrad/Grad) for Pentagon Tour 
3:00– Tour ends at Visitor's Theater 
3:05- Information Session- All guests seated in Visitors Theater
3:10-  Welcome & Introductions
3:15– Panel Discussion- (HR staff and personnel TBD)
3:45- Career Resources Discussion
4:00- Program Concludes
LOGISTICSParticipants are welcome to meet Elliott staff at the Graduate Student Lounge on the 6th Floor, in front of the GSS office, by 12:25 p.m. as we plan to head out no later than 12:30 p.m.  to Foggy Bottom Metro. Arriving at Pentagon by 1:15 p.m. Those who would like to meet the group at the Pentagon, kindly be sure to get there no later than 1:15 p.m.Students should bring a Government Issued ID with them for admittance to the building.
