International Policy & Practice

Master of International Policy and Practice

Make a greater impact, take on advanced leadership roles, or forge a new career path with an accelerated Master of International Policy and Practice (MIPP) degree from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University. The foundation for the MIPP degree is a combination of academic and experiential learning that will develop the essential skills of a savvy international policy thought leader and policymaker. The curriculum has three pillars: Leadership, Data Analysis, and Strategic Policy Design. Because MIPP students bring a wealth of professional experience, insights and perspectives to the program, your peers become a tremendous additional resource as you collaborate and explore out-of-the-box solutions to the world's toughest problems.
