Site Visit: French Embassy

Join us for our final site visit of the fall semester, with a visit to the Embassy of France in Washington! You'll gain unique insights into French culture, internships and career opportunities in diplomacy, and international education initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with embassy officials, ask questions, and learn about France's role on the global stage. Students will meet with Dr. Philippe Ribière, Ph.D., Attaché for Science and Technology, Emerging Technologies (AI, Quantum, Cyber). Space is limited to 30 students.AGENDA2:00 – 2:15 Arrival of the Elliott School of International Affairs Graduate Students.2:15 – 3:00 Presentation with diplomats representing the political, scientific and University collaboration sections. 3:00-3:30 Possible opportunity for networking3:45PM Photo and dismissal LOGISTICSParticipants are welcome to meet Elliott staff at the Graduate Student Lounge on the 6th Floor, in front of the GSS office, by 12:50 p.m. as we plan to head out no later than 1:00 p.m.

Walk 3 minute to arrive at Embassy by approximately 1:48 p.m.
Those who would like to meet the group at the Embassy of France, kindly be sure to arrive no later than 1:50 p.m.Students must bring a Government Issued ID with them for admittance to the Embassy.
