Renowned Development Economist Sabina Alkire of Oxford to Join GW’s Elliott School of International Affairs

Sabina Alkire, an expert in development economics who directs Oxford University’s Poverty and Human Development Initiative, will join GW’s Elliott School of International Affairs as the Oliver T. Carr, Jr. Professor in International Affairs.
