Join Elliott's GSS Career Café with free coffee/tea and great conversation! In this casual, open discussion will meet Elliott and GW Alumna Cait Nordehn, BA-IA ‘09 & MA-Anthropology ’11,  who has over 15 years of experience advancing women’s economic empowerment and inclusive economic growth in partnership with international development practitioners, researchers, government and private sector actors in over 20 countries across Africa and Asia. Through her work she leads and contributes to initiatives which drive sustainable, inclusive growth across industries. Her current role, Senior Manager- Global Practice for Women and Youth, she provides technical leadership on women's economic empowerment (WEE) to TechnoServe's programs through the Practice, focusing on entrepreneurship, agriculture—especially coffee—and food processing. She is passionate about advancing women’s economic empowerment and leading initiatives to foster knowledge creation, sharing, and learning across the organization.
