Dr. Yang is a senior Chinese analyst with the United States Federal Government, where he writes critical intelligence reports, provides high-quality translations and interpreting, testifies in Federal courts as an expert witness, and administers Speaking Proficiency Test (SPT). A senior academic evaluator & reviewer with American Council on Education (ACE) since late last century, Professor Yang has been teaching Chinese language, literature, Chinese culture, and Chinese business culture to internationals for three decades.
