Rajeev Colaço
Dr. Colaço has over 20 years of expertise in international development program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, learning, adaptive management, and quantitative and qualitative research. He has extensive experience translating complex research and analysis into learning for programmatic adaptation. In his capacity as Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, Learning, and Adapting (MERLA) Director at RTI International, Dr. Colaço oversees M&E, applied research, and learning activities that promote RTI’s core goal of translating knowledge into practice.
Monitoring, evaluation, research and learning in integrated and cross-sectoral systems strengthening, sustainability, local capacity strengthening, integrated data systems, resilience, global health, governance, agriculture, environment, education, energy, gender, and WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene).
