Professor Peter Klaren Awarded the Orden del Sol del Peru by the Peruvian Government

Peter Klaren, professor of history and international affairs, emeritus, was awarded the Orden del Sol del Peru by the Peruvian government at a ceremony at the Ambassadorial Residence on September 15, 2017. The medal, which is the highest honor bestowed by the nation, was in recognition for his long career of scholarship and diffusion of the history and politics of Peru.
