Women's Leadership in International Affairs
The data has been mounting for years: including women in leadership positions and achieving gender-balanced workforces are good business, no matter the industry or sector. The benefits of a gender-balanced workforce are many, including increased profitability and productivity, greater creativity and innovation, and an enhanced ability to attract and retain talent. The GW community is invited to join the International Women of Elliott (I/WE) for a discussion of women’s leadership in international affairs with four GW alumnae leaders.
This event is hosted by GW's International Women of Elliott Executive Circle, of which all the panelists are members.
