Dr. Reva Dhingra is the Policy and Planning Advisor for the Crisis Response, Recovery, and Development (CRRD) team at the International Rescue Committee (IRC). Her work focuses on key issues including climate change and displacement; the humanitarian financing gap; and service delivery in protracted crises. Her policy analysis and peer-reviewed research on forced displacement, international aid, and refugee and asylum-seeker rights have been published with outlets including the Washington Post, Lawfare, Brookings, the Journal of Refugee Studies, and Political Behavior. She was previously a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Foreign Policy program at the Brookings Institution, affiliated with the Center for Middle East Policy, and received a PhD in Government from Harvard University in 2022.
