Career Café: Managing Job Search Stress and Uncertainty
Are you grappling with the challenges of the job search process? Join our last Career Cafe of the semester, where we are here to support you in managing the uncertainty, stress, and anxiety that often accompany this journey.
RaShonda Riley, Assistant Director of Counseling Outreach - Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) will facilitate this discussion. Beginning with a 15-20 minute conversation, addressing topics such as impostor syndrome, coping skills, and grounding exercises for stress management. Following this informative segment, the remainder of the hour is dedicated to group discussions, where students can engage in open conversations about the challenges they face with the job search and balancing work/school.
