Ian Saltz has extensive experience supporting and engaging in policy development for multiple Government organizations to include the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (SAF/AQ), the Office of the Assistant Secretary of The Army (ASAALT) and the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). He has worked in the defense industry for Northrop Grumman, AT&T and has held senior business development and capture roles for several government contractors. During his time in the Pentagon, he participated in the drafting of overarching weapon systems acquisition and requirements documentation and guidance at the Secretariat level. He has prior operational military experience as a member of the US Army Special Operations community and is president of a defense consulting firm that advises large and small defense contractors on business development and defense contracting issues.
