Elaine Garbe

Elaine Garbe (ESIA MA '08) has worked at GW since 2003, previously serving as the Elliott School dean's assistant for seven years. A native of Minnesota, Elaine started her career at the Minnesota International Center in Minneapolis, coordinating the non-profit's public events on international issues. She has traveled the world for work and study, and lived in China for two semesters during college for study abroad and an internship at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing.
