Dr. Park is a Professorial Lecturer in the Elliott School and a Visiting Scholar in the Institute for Security and Conflict Studies. His research focuses on the impact of military strategy and technology on foreign policy and the role of prestige and reputational concerns in international affairs.
Dr. Park received his BA and MA in Political Science from Korea University and earned a PhD in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
