Ryan Elliott is the Chief Strategy Officer for Sterling, VA-based Veterans Management Services, Inc., a leader in project/program management, acquisition/grants management as well as IT professional services to the federal government. In this CSO role, Ryan leads the company's go-to-market strategy and overall growth of company-wide revenue. Ryan has over 25 years of strategy, growth, business development and capture experience within the Federal and Commercial sectors. He has held numerous leadership positions with "Big 4" consulting firms, mid-tier companies, as well as small businesses. Ryan most recently was the Chief Growth Officer at Arlington, VA-based Definitive Logic.

Ryan has a bachelor's degree in print journalism from Bob Jones University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. He lives in Loudoun County, VA with his family and is the grandson of the 14th President of George Washington University -- Lloyd H. Elliott -- for whom the Elliott School of International Affairs was named in 1988.
