Ryan Elliott is the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) for Andrew Morgan, LLC, a federal tech and advisory firm in Washington, DC, and has over 28 years of leadership and management consulting experience within the Federal and Commercial sectors. He has held numerous executive and growth positions with “Big 4” consulting firms, mid-tier companies, and small businesses.

These responsibilities have included corporate planning, go-to-market strategy, overall growth, and capture and proposal management. His experience and knowledge span program management, acquisition and financial management, AI/ML, IT automation and modernization, data analytics and enterprise integration.

Ryan lives in Loudoun County, VA with his family and is the grandson of the 14th President of George Washington University -- Lloyd H. Elliott -- for whom the Elliott School of International Affairs was named in 1988.
