Recent Highlights in Elliott School Scholarship:

Research Professor and Director of the Digital Trade and Data Governance Hub Susan Aaronson, a recently named Senior Fellow at Diplo, co-authored two new publications:
- "Do Chatbot Developers Act Responsibly toward their Users," for the Balsillie Papers series; and
- "AI-Enabled Manufacturing Will Change How, When and Where Goods Are Made," for the Centre for International Governance Innovation.
Assistant Professor and Director of the Middle East Studies MA Program Sina Azodi published a new monograph: Iran and the Bomb: The United States, Iran, and the Nuclear Question and a new article: "History tells us coercion through airpower alone won’t work."
The International Organization Section of the International Studies Association awarded University Professor Michael Barnett its Distinguished Scholar Prize.
The Central Asia Program released two new policy briefs:
- "Prospects for Economic Growth Through Export Diversification;" and
- "The Deadweight Loss of Emigration in Uzbekistan and the Potential of Youth to Unlock the DemographicDividend."
Kuwait Professor of Gulf and Arabian Peninsula Affairs Ambassador (Ret.) Gordon Gray authored, "The Board Of Peace Has A Hamas Problem," for the National Security Journal.

Korea Foundation Associate Professor Jisoo Kim edited a new book: Emotions, Affect, and Narrative in Korean Historyand Culture.
Associate Professor of the Practice and Director of the ESIA Global Capstone Program Saemi Ledermann published a new book: How to Achieve Sustainable Development: Local Actions for Global Change.
Professor of the Practice and Director of the Space Policy Institute Scott Pace authored, "For Space Nuclear Power, GoBig or Go Home," for Issues in Science and Technology.
