Information Session: Office of the Director of National Intelligence- OSINT

Elliott School graduate students are invited to join Eileen Ayala, Chief of Staff from the Office of the Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Executive , and  Co-Chair, UNIDAD, ODNI's Hispanic American Employee Resource Group with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) for an Information Session on her career and role within ODNI, and career opportunities within the IC.

Eileen has committed over 18 years to federal service. She has a proven track record of delivering quality and efficient results in a professional and upbeat manner. She has a can-do attitude, a drive for excellence, and a passion for people. She's gained the respect of her peers and supervisors for her ability to take initiative and make decisions in the absence of leadership and streamline processes to create a more efficient work environment.

Eileen has a passion for the diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) space. She currently is the Co-Chair for ODNI's Hispanic American Employee Resource Group (ERG), UNIDAD, working to educate the workforce on issues in the Latinx/Hispanic workforce and community, sharing the beautiful culture, and working with leadership to be more inclusive in their practices, communications and management styles.
