View the trailer here.YOU MUST register to attend “The Power We Hold” screening HERE.A film about the women who safeguarded a nation and the quiet truth they reveal: real power has never lived in the shadows, it lives in each of us. In a moment when progress feels fragile and the nation’s compass uncertain, two former intelligence officers set out to humanize a world long kept in shadow. What begins as an effort to dismantle Hollywood myths of spycraft evolves into a deeper search for power that empowers rather than controls. Through intimate interviews with extraordinary women across the intelligence community and vérité moments that reveal their warmth, humor, and humanity, the film unearths a model of leadership rooted in diversity, connection, and shared purpose. As political headwinds shift and principles of inclusion come under attack, the women’s stories illuminate a counterforce: ordinary citizens and career public servants who quietly shape the future. The film ultimately offers a hopeful reminder that democracy is built not by elites, but through each of us exercising the power we hold.LOGISTICSMeet Jeneva at 5:45PM the Reston Look Dine-in Cinemas.
