Michael Pincus is the Program Coordinator for Undergraduate Programs at the Elliott School of International Affairs. In May 2024, he graduated from Vassar College with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with concentrations in Political Science and History. While at Vassar, he conducted thesis research into Iceland’s tourism boom and its relation to the country’s national identity. During his junior year, he studied abroad in Amsterdam where he researched homonationalism among the Dutch far-right and views on international students amid the widespread housing crisis in the Netherlands. He has also worked for Senator Chuck Schumer and NYS Senator Kevin Thomas during his time at Vassar. In his spare time, he runs a travel page that has covered locations from Baltimore to Munich.
