Meg Wurm (she/they) is the Assistant Director, Career Development in Graduate Student Services at the Elliott School of International Affairs. In addition to working with graduate students to help them achieve their academic and career goals, Meg also works with the Graduate Student Services staff to develop relevant and innovative resources addressing pressing issues in international affairs careers. She has a passion for higher education and diversity, equity, and inclusion, and formerly served as the Staff Co-Chair of Elliott's DEI Council. Before coming to GW, Meg worked in admissions at 2U, Inc. and as an Education Coordinator at the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows. She has a Master's degree in History from the University of Nevada (Reno) and a Bachelor's degree from Washington State University. She is also currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Administration at GSEHD.
