Meg Wurm (she/they) is a Career and Academic Advisor at the Elliott School of International Affairs. She works with graduate students to help them achieve their academic and career goals. She has a Master's degree in History from the University of Nevada (Reno) and a Bachelor's degree from Washington State University. Before joining GW she worked as a graduate admissions counselor and a teaching assistant, and she spent many years helping develop education programming at the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows. She has a passion for higher education and diversity, equity, and inclusion, and serves as the Staff Co-Chair of Elliott's DEI Council. Meg is also a student at GSEHD pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Administration.
