The Elliott School’s Institute for European Russian and Eurasian Studies (IERES) published the Fall 2023 issue of Demokratizatsiya: The Journal of Post-Soviet Democratization. Since 1992, the journal has provided scholarly insights into the forces that shape the region, from perestroika to Putin.
