This spring, the Elliott School's Institute for European Russian and Eurasian Studies (IERES) had the privilege of hosting two European prime ministers in separate events focusing on critical issues in global affairs. On April 26, the Institute welcomed Ukrainian Prime Minister Shmyhal for his discussion of "Action and Result Oriented Diplomacy in a Changed World: Ukraine’s Lessons" and on May 8 the Prime Minister of Croatia, Andrej Plenković, offered remarks on "New Global Dynamics: A View from Europe."
