Join our virtual information session to learn more about the Nature Conservancy's work around the globe with GWU alumni, Bob Tansey. Bob has had careers in energy and diplomacy and for the last 14 years and counting has been working for The Nature Conservancy, first in North Asia/China policy roles and now as global policy lead for agriculture and regenerative food systems. TNC (see nature.org) tackles climate change; protects oceans, lands and waters; and develops cutting edge approaches to providing food and water sustainably. Bob is pleased to share the work of the Conservancy and his own experience with global public policy platforms, partnerships and funding.

About the Nature Conservancy: The Nature Conservancy is a global environmental nonprofit working to create a world where people and nature can thrive. Founded in the U.S. through grassroots action in 1951, The Nature Conservancy (TNC) has grown to become one of the most effective and wide-reaching environmental organizations in the world. Thanks to more than a million members and the dedicated efforts of our diverse staff and over 400 scientists, we impact conservation in 79 countries and territories: 37 by direct conservation impact and 42 through partners.
