Demystifying Executive Search Firms (Carlyn Madden GW '10, CEO, Good Insight)

Hear from Carlyn Madden (GW '10), Founder and CEO of Good Insight (https://good-insight.org/), a national nonprofit executive search firm and governance consultancy. The firm’s mission is to connect good causes to great leaders and serves a range of nonprofits, associations, public agencies, universities, and social enterprises. She will discuss how to effectively work with search firms, career paths to these types of roles and about the current job market for social impact careers. There will also be time for Q&A. Program will run for 45 minutes but Carlyn has offered to stay on for an additional 15 minutes to answer any additional questions.
