Careers with Impact at the IFC

In this webinar Rudy Perecin Mareño, a Talent Attraction Officer from the International Finance Corporation (IFC)—World Bank Group, will talk about careers with impact and share his recruitment advice with our students and alumni. Drawing upon his decade of experience having selected, interviewed, assessed, and hired over 1,000 individuals for work in over 120 countries, Rudy will be speaking about his latest mission to hire 500 new professionals for the IFC in the next two years.
