Ms. Chandra Donelson is a Space Data and Artificial Intelligence Officer, with the US Space Force's Office of the Deputy Chief of Space Operations for Cyber and Data in the Pentagon.  She is responsible for developing and enforcing the USSF data, analytics, and AI strategy and governance policies, providing oversight for the USSF data assets, improving data access and use, and fostering an agency wide data culture. Prior roles include serving as the Army Intelligence Community Deputy Chief Data Officer for the Headquarters Department of the Army, Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G-2). Her intelligence expertise, knowledge, and passion for technology led to the development of a multi-domain information-sharing platform for the Army and expanded the Army’s ability to share data with multi-national partners by leveraging her technological solutions to make intelligence reporting available to foreign partners. She earned a BS in BA from the University of Arkansas, an MBA in Management & a MS in IT from Texas A&M University- Texarkana, and a Masters in Data Science and Analytics in High-Performance Computing from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
