The office is open from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. during the academic year, and 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. during the summer.
At ESCC's login page, click "Forgot Password." A link to re-set your password will be sent to your e-mail address. If you continue to experience problems with your account, please contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The easiest way to set up an appointment is by phone. With your calendar in front of you, give us a call at 202-994-3788, and our staff will set you up with a career coach or discuss your options. You may also e-mail us at email@example.com.
Your account is automatically created by mid-June, and you will receive an e-mail welcoming you to the career database with all relevant login and procedural information. If you do not receive this welcome e-mail by mid-June, or are having trouble with your account, please be in touch with us over e-mail, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
An account can be blocked from full access to ESCC if one or more of the following happens; 1) You have not completed the Professional Development Action Plan (PDAP), 2) You have been listed as a 'No Show' for two GSCD sponsored events in one semester. Be sure to check your account for any of these discrepancies, and please call our office at 202-994-3788 or email email@example.com with any questions.
Yes, all Elliott School graduate students may access the resources at GWU's Center for Career Services, including the database GWork. New student GWork accounts typically become available in the first week of fall classes.
Absolutely! As an alumnus or alumna of the Elliott School graduate program, you have full access to GSCD for life! Most career centers charge alumni for their services, but GSCD is able to help you throughout your career.
We will also encourage you to keep your ESCC profile up-to-date, be involved with GSCD as an alumni mentor, and/or to represent your employer at career panels and career fairs.
Yes! GSCD is open, and career coaches are available for the duration of the summer and winter breaks. The office is closed on federal holidays.
