Sarah (she/her) is the Director of the Office of Graduate Student Services (GSS) at the Elliott School of International Affairs. She joined the Elliott School in 2015 as an academic advisor, and served as the Assistant Director of GSS from 2020 to 2023, overseeing advising operations and partnering with the director to provide strategic vision for the office. Sarah has worked in higher education since 2009, and prior to joining the Elliott School in 2015, she worked with faculty and students in the School of Languages and Literatures at Penn State. She received her B.A. from Virginia Tech with a major in Political Science and minors in International Studies and Economics, and her M.Ed. from Penn State in Higher Education, with a focus on student engagement.
