Zachary Constantino is a senior U.S. government analyst with over 16 years of experience assessing political, security, and regional trends and developments in South Asia. In 2013, he was a strategic advisor at NATO Headquarters in Kabul, Afghanistan. Constantino later served as a senior advisor to the Department of State’s Special Representative for Afghanistan & Pakistan (2015-2017). He also was a Visiting Expert with the United States Institute of Peace (2019-2020).
Constantino is the recipient of ten Superior Honor and Meritorious Honor Awards from the Department of State and three citation awards from the Department of Defense. In 2018, he was recognized by the DNI’s National Intelligence Council for his analytic excellence.
