Natalie Donahue has 10 years of experience in international development and diplomacy providing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) technical assistance, and supporting program design activities and various business development efforts. She is currently the Chief of Evaluation in the Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) where she directs the measurement and evaluation of educational and exchange programming. Having lived and worked in many countries, she possesses the ability to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds. She has conducted evaluations in 10 countries: Israel, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Tanzania, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, and the West Bank. A proud Columbus, Ohio native, Natalie has a Master's in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Marketing – both from The Ohio State University. She is a native English speaker, and speaks Arabic and French at an intermediate level. She also currently serves as the President-Elect of the Washington Evaluators.
