Christopher Mitchell is visiting assistant professor of international affairs and director of the International Trade and Investment Policy M.A. program at GW's Elliott School of International Affairs. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science from GW. He has professional experience in the public, non-profit, and private sectors, including the U.S. Congress, the World Bank, and the United Nations Foundation. His work focuses on the political economy of finance and development, European politics, and electoral politics. He teaches courses on political economy and international economics.
