Two Specialized Fields

Students choose any two fields, in each of which they will take at least two courses. The specialized fields are:

Courses taken in the Core Field may not be double-counted in a specialized field.

Students must receive permission from the Program Director to apply other courses towards a field.

Undergraduate courses listed may fulfill graduate requirements only upon approval of the professor and the program director, and agreement on additional work necessary to raise the course to graduate level. The professors in question have been alerted that graduate students may be taking their undergraduate courses and are favorably disposed to granting approval. Petition forms for this are available in the Academic Advising Office on the third floor of the Elliott School of International Affairs.
